Vegan Friendly
All our scented products are made from vegan friendly ingredients.
However, please note we cannot guarantee the packaging/labels are 100% vegan friendly.
Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. After it's posted, it should arrive within 3-5 working days with standard delivery. We currently only deliver within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.
Our Return Policy
Most of our items are eligible for our 14 day return policy.
If your product has arrived faulty or damaged, please email us with an image of the damaged product and your order number. We'll then issue a refund or exchange within 14 days.

If you want to return an item, please use the Contact Us form and include your order number. We'll get back to you within 3 working days.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
The item must be faulty or damaged.
Discontinued items can only be refunded if they are faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and the funds will be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

You'll need to cover the return costs, which are non-refundable.
